Final Synthesis Project - Bachelor Degree final project
2018

Xiloidea is my bachelor's degree thesis project; my groupmates and I wanted to create a powerful and creative identity, able to give to this carpentry a significant highlight, also integrating its authentic social nature; therefore, we focused on Xiloidea's creativity, courtesy, and adaptability.
I contributed to the logo development, to the cdefinition, construction and realisation of the new brand aesthetic features and the delineation of social media and digital strategy.
Xiloidea safeguards the collective good by promoting human growth and social inclusion. By offering meaningful work opportunities to those who face barriers elsewhere, the carpentry workshop creates a positive work environment that fosters the integration of disadvantaged individuals into society, unlocking their human and professional potential.
This rebranding effort aims to identify the core values shaping its perception and visual identity, translating them into a strong, versatile, and welcoming design. The new coordinated visual system reflects the workshop’s dual nature: rooted in artisanal craftsmanship and design experimentation while embracing its commitment to social impact.
Even if this thesis project was conducted purely in an academic setting, its rights for usage were ultimately purchased by the concerned client, Cooperativa Eureka!, a third-sector organization directly managing the resources of the carpentry workshop.
